I ate my dinner too fast :(






Breakfast- As always Trader Joe's Organic Morning Light with 1% milk (I bought like 4 boxes and now I'm just trying to get ride of it. New breakfasts soon!)

Lunch- homemade wrap with Kashi Fiery Fiesta pilaf, grilled chicken, provolone cheese and baby spinach and a peach (worst peach EVER)

Snack- a post workout Spirutein pina colada protein shake

Dinner- 6 inch turkey sub on wheat, Mr. Pibb (first soda in forever) and garden salsa Sun chips.

PS- sorry about the generic turkey sub photo. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of it :(

Tuesdays start too early...






Breakfast (6am)- Trader Joe's Organic Morning Light and 1% milk

Snack (9:30am)- 3 danish butter cookies

Lunch (12pm)- garden roll (miso soup not pictured)

Snack PM (4pm)- Whole wheat Ritz crackers with Brie spread, strawberries

Dinner (6pm)- Vegetable Lo Mein (leftovers from yesterday)

Labor Day

Breakfast_ Trader Joe's Organic Morning Light and organic 2% milk

















Lunch- Vegetable Lo Mein (wholefoods.com recipe)




















Snack- 6 large strawberries, a hand full of grapes, whole wheat Ritz crackers with brie cheese spread.


















Dinner- Store-bought rotisserie chicken (I didn't eat the leg) and baked potato with butter and Parmesan cheese....and some Texas Pete...

In The Beginning...

I've started up this blog because I have a particular fascination with what people eat. Whether it be healthy or a coronary inducing fat-fest I find it interesting to see what people sustain themselves with. I really started this with the hopes that it would keep my food intake in line and just as a visual reference of what I've consumed over a period of time. There will be pictures and descriptions of what I eat throughout the day (snacks included if time permits). Well, let the "flogging" (food+blogging?) begin!
