Lunch- Vegetable Lo Mein (wholefoods.com recipe)
Snack- 6 large strawberries, a hand full of grapes, whole wheat Ritz crackers with brie cheese spread.
Dinner- Store-bought rotisserie chicken (I didn't eat the leg) and baked potato with butter and Parmesan cheese....and some Texas Pete...
